Returns & Open Purchase
Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds for items purchased on www.mypawfamily.com will be made in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the item.
Items purchased from an authorized Pawfamily™ reseller should be returned directly to the store where they were purchased.
Refunds (if applicable) After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to inform you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There's often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this, and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchange (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping (Returns) You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you're shipping an item over 750 SEK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We reserve the right to charge the cost of handling for unclaimed or rejected packages (return shipping, processing fee, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 99 kr when a package is not picked up. The package is stored for 14 days with the delivery service before being sent back to us. Please note that if you want to cancel a purchase and return the item, you must first pick up the package and then send it back. Unclaimed packages are not exempt from the right of withdrawal.
